Who are we?
Liz Walter and Kate Woodford are experienced ELT editors and authors, specializing in vocabulary materials and lexicography. Our company, Cambridge Lexicography & Language Services, offers authoring, consultancy and project management services. Before setting up our company, we had many years' experience of working in-house for ELT publishers (Cambridge University Press, Longman, Collier Macmillan). Our understanding of the publishing process helps us to offer a practical, efficient service, and we pride ourselves on always meeting deadlines.
In addition to publishing, we are both qualified English language teachers with varied teaching experience, and have given numerous talks and lectures on dictionaries and the English language around the world.
On larger projects, we work with a pool of experienced freelancers and undertake to ensure the final quality of all work ourselves.
